  • Try finding articles on the health benefits of eating meat on any medical/scientific research database. For example, PubMed, Google Scholar, Web of Science, take your pick. You’ll come up empty. The benefits of a plant-based diet are well established from decades of objective medical research. Cancer risk, heart disease, stroke, etc. You’d be better off eating what you cows eat than the cows themselves. Ask any epidemiologist, medical doctor, Ph.D. in nutrition, etc.
