One week ago, landowners, concerned citizens, legislators, county commissioners, and good-hearted South Dakotans gathered in the state's Capitol Rotunda to appeal to our elected officials to preserve the Constitution, protect our private property rights, maintain local government controls, and to stand up for the individual citizens in the state of South Dakota.
