Prime Time Gala Raises Money To Purchase Beef For Food Banks
Trent Loos and Amanda Radke sit down with Ryan Eichler, of the South Dakota Cattlemen's Foundation, as he prepares for the Prime Time Gala on June 18th.
The Prime Time Gala has donated $1,768,296 for Feeding South Dakota. This amount has allowed Feeding South Dakota to purchase and distribute 1,164,397 pounds of beef for those individuals and families throughout South Dakota. The group continues to purchase beef with the funds donated this year. These donations have been distributed to all 66 counties in the state.
Annually, Feeding South Dakota provides 15.4 million meals to hungry individuals across the state.All proceeds from the concert, gala auction and truck raffle will support FEEDING SOUTH DAKOTA as well as our scholarship program. This year's event features a live auction, a steak supper, and a concert with headliner, Hank Williams Jr.
